집 자체는 깔끔하지만 빌라 건물이 정말 낡았고 관리도 안 되어 있어서 집에 들어가기까지가 고역이었습니다. 빌라 계단 등 건물 내부의 마감재가 바닥에 흩어져있거나 천장에 매달려 있었고, 불쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 밤에는 빌라 계단의 전등이 켜지지 않아 숙소까지 걸어 올라가는 동안 휴대전화로 라이트를 켤 수밖에 없었습니다.

최근에는 브랜드 화보, 매거진 장소 협찬, 뮤직비디오, 유투브, 쇼핑몰 촬영 장소 협찬등의 공간대여 요청도 많이 있는 숙소입니다.
